        Exhibition Guidelines

        1. Constant presence
Maintain continuous presence at the booth during the entire exhibition schedule. Do not leave the space unattended at any time.
        2. Interaction with visitors
Treat each visitor with respect, courtesy, and kindness, always maintaining a professional attitude.
        3. Professional attire
Staff should dress professionally, ideally wearing the visual identity of their institution. Personal appearance is part of the institutional image.
        4. Food
Eating is not allowed inside the booth space, as it affects the professional image and cleanliness of the area. Meal breaks should be taken outside the exhibition area. Offering food or drinks to visitors is not permitted. Only symbolic gifts such as traditional or representative candies are allowed, provided they are properly packaged and labeled, and presented hygienically.
        5. Exclusive Use of Booth and Badges
The assigned space and identification badges are for the exclusive use of the registered exhibitor. Booths may not be lent to other exhibitors, nor should representatives from other stands use your space. Badges must not be transferred to third parties.
        6. Space limits
Do not place items that block or intrude into common aisles. All materials, furniture, and staff must remain within the designated boundaries of your booth to ensure proper visitor flow.
        7. Materials
Informational and promotional materials should be kept neat and well-arranged. Avoid cluttering the table and restock only as needed. Do not leave boxes, bags, or packaging in plain sight. Any extra material should be stored in an external storage area or discreet space.
        8. Technology
Ensure all electronic devices are working properly. Equipment should be clean, and the area free from visible or tangled cables.
        9. Electricity
Make sure to order the necessary power outlets in advance directly from the authorized provider. Do not overload a single outlet with multiple devices or share outlets with other booths. It is strictly prohibited to run cables or extensions into other spaces. Safe and orderly use of electricity is essential to prevent accidents and maintain the visual appeal of the space.
