UNION PARTICIPATION
1. PARTICIPATION IN DAILY VIDEOS
- The Inter-American Division Communication Department (IADComm) will produce a daily video featuring interviews with union administrators and/or communication directors, as well as union members present at the booth.
- Each video will include the three unions exhibiting on that day.
- The interviews will be casual and engaging.

Presenters for each video will be assigned by IADComm.

2. PARTICIPATION IN MINI AUDITORIUM
- Each Union will have up to 40 minutes available in the mini auditorium on the same day as their exhibition, to share an engaging program that includes general information about their territory (data, testimonies, interviews, videos, etc.)
- Each union program will be introduced by one or two presenters assigned by IADComm
- The coordinators of the unions will host the 40 minute program.
3. PARTICIPATION IN EXHIBITION MODULES
EACH UNION WILL HAVE AT THEIR DISPOSAL:

A 20 x 20 ft. space to showcase traditional costumes, banners, etc., during the day.

A 50-inch TV to use as they see fit. This can include a graphic with the union’s name, videos showing typical scenes from their country, reports, church activity highlights from their territory, etc. Each union must bring their own computer with an HDMI output.

An 8-foot table to display crafts, souvenirs, etc.
EACH UNION MUST ENSURE:

Sufficient personnel from their union wearing traditional attire during the assigned hours (see schedule).

Souvenirs to distribute to visitors throughout the day.

Decorative items such as crafts, banners, or standing displays. These must be self-supporting, meaning they must stand on their own with an integrated base or structure. Hanging banners that need to be attached to the ceiling, walls, or other structures are not allowed.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Only carry-on type items are allowed—that is, items that can be easily transported by one person without the need for assistance or additional equipment.
- Large boxes, bulky suitcases, or structures requiring special transport will not be permitted. This applies to both setup and takedown.
- The sale of materials or promotional items is not allowed.
- Music or loud sounds are not permitted.
- Please keep your area tidy throughout the day.
- At the end of the day, make sure to leave the module clean, just as you received it.
