This site serves as a repository of information and files related to the Inter-American Division (IAD) exhibition pavilion during the Seventh-day Adventist World Congress, to be held July 3–12, 2025, in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

The content available is for the exclusive use of the exhibition coordinators of the 25 unions within Inter-America, as well as the coordinators of the institutions participating in the IAD pavilion.

The pavilion will consist of a total of 80 exhibition spaces (booths), each measuring 10x10 feet: 40 assigned to institutions and 40 occupied by the Inter-American Division.

INFORMATION FOR UNIONS

Three unions will exhibit each day in the IAD pavilion. 

INFORMATION FOR INSTITUTIONS

  • Review the exhibition guidelines in the right-hand column of this page.
  • Check the exhibition calendar, with setup, and takedown timing for each day (right-hand column of this page, also available in "files" section").
  • Each institution will have 40 minutes to present in the IAD mini auditorium on one day of the event. Plan to present an engaging program showcasing your academic or service offerings.

  • Take the opportunity to share promotions and give away some special souvenirs.

IAD MINI AUDITORIUM
  • The IAD pavilion will feature a mini auditorium, which will serve as a gathering space and presentation forum for institutions and unions.
  • Each Union will have up to 40 minutes available in the mini auditorium on the same day as their exhibition, to share an engaging program that includes general information about their territory (data, testimonies, interviews, videos, etc.).
  • The host for the 40 mionute program will be the coordinator of the union or someone they assign.
  • Each educational institution will also have up to 40 minutes on one day of the event.
  • Publishing houses will have a 40-minute slot each afternoon, in addition to a promotional spot in the mornings.
  • The mini auditorium in the pavilion will have 50 chairs for visitors.
  • The auditorium includes a stage, a sound system with two microphones, two 50-inch television monitors with HDMI cable.
  • Each union and institution must bring their own computer to use during their presentation.
